Near East Yoga is open to serve the Portland Ashtanga Yoga Community. Current enrollment standards require being established in the standing sequence of Primary Series or a regular Vinyasa yoga practice.

Near East Yoga periodically offers 3-Week Intro classes. Please send an email so you can be included in the next offering.

Traveling ashtangis are warmly welcomed. Please practice your normal practice and thanks for letting us serve you while you travel.
