Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday are both 8am Led classes with me. Friday’s class will be followed by a 10am Sutra Study as usual. Thanksgiving Eve is open practice only- if you need support with open practice let me know by phone or email.
On Sunday at 11am please join in a teaching looking at the basic principles of the Vajrayana (Tibetan) Buddhist lineage practice of Dudjom Tersar Ngondro. If you want to know more please come check it out. I’ll make chai and the class’s will last about 1.5 hours. The practice is one of my personal explorations and I offer it with deep devotion to you. Please feel welcome to attend. Open to anyone.
Starting this Monday I’ll be offering Mysore class at 6:30-8am, ending just before the 8am led class. Please arrive when it suits your need but be ready to finish up by 8am. I’ll be out the first week of December but look for this time to continue through the New Year and beyond.
